1. The rights you give

You give Neutral Politics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and share the video and the description. Editing includes trimming, cropping, blurring faces or number plates, adding captions, graphics or a voiceover, and translating. We may show the result on this website, on Instagram, on YouTube, on WhatsApp and on other channels, and we may pass it to another newsroom for syndication. You keep your copyright. You can still use the video yourself.

2. It is your own work

You filmed it. You hold the rights. It is not downloaded or forwarded from someone else's post or group.

3. It is real

The video is real. Apart from basic trimming, it is unedited. It is not generated or manipulated by software. The description of what happened, where and when is true as far as you know. A deliberately false submission is rejected and may be reported.

4. Other people's privacy

You did not film in a way that breaks the law. We may blur or remove people who can be identified, especially minors, victims and patients. We do not publish material that identifies a survivor of sexual violence.

5. No guarantee and no payment

Sending a video does not mean we will publish it. There is no payment in this version. Any later payment will be announced on its own. Credit is the name you choose, or anonymous.

6. Your personal details

Your name, phone, email and city are used to verify the video and to contact you. They are not published unless you asked to be credited. You can ask for deletion. A request withdraws unpublished material. A story already published may stay, with the video removed where that is feasible. The privacy notice says how long we keep the details.

7. Age and law

You are 18 or older. Indian law governs these terms.
